ALYA AWP 300

ALYA AWP 300

DESCRIPTION

It is an elastomeric acrylic copolymer emulsion based, high quality, very elastic, liquid plastic coating developed for waterproofing.

DRYING TIME

  • (at 20 °C, at 65% RH)
  • Second coat application6 Houts
  • Final drying7 Days
  • Full strength14 Days
  • (drying time may vary in case of changes in temperature and relative humidity)

PROPERTIES

• It shows excellent adhesion to surfaces applied on %200 elastic feature.

• Maintains elasticity in hot and cold weather conditions.

• It has breathing feature, which allows the moisture on the surface to be released.

• It has high chemical and UV resistance. Applied as waterproofing.

APPLICATION SURFACES

Concrete, Plaster, brick, aerated concrete, wood, corrugated and non-corrugated roofing materials.

APPLICATION

• Before applying the ALYA AWP 300 Coating, the surface  must  be  completely  cleaned  of anti-adhesive substances such as oil, dust and sand.

• When necessary, holes and cracks on the surface should be treated with suitable material.

• ALYA AWP 300 Coating shall be thinned with %40 water and applied as 1 coat of primer.

• After the primer dry, ALYA AWP 300 Coating should be applied without diluting 3-2 layers and each layer should be applied in the opposite direction of the previous layer.

• Wait at least 6 hours between each layer.

• Surfaces with Water Based Liquid Coating should be protected from rain, snow and frost for 24 hours.

• A protective coating should be applied on the surfaces that will be visited and exposed to mechanical impacts.

• ALYA AWP 300 Coating gains water impermeability within 7 days, and reach final strength within 14 days.

• If the application surface will be exposed to pedestrian traffic, the application with mesh should be implemented in 3 layers, the mesh should be applied on the 2nd layer. The mesh should be well filled into the pores with a roller or brush and there should be no clotting on the surface.

• ALYA AWP 300 Coating is not suitable for surfaces exposed to pressurized water.

1st coat should be thinned with %40 water, 2nd and 3rd coats should be applied undiluted.

Depending on the type, absorbency and structure of the surface to be applied on, :

1.00-0.75 kg/m1 ²st coat. 2.0-1.5 kg/m2 ²nd coat.

It is 2.5-2.0 kg/m² for 3rd coat.

It can be stored for 2 years in its unopened package, in a cool and dry place, protected from frost and direct sunlight. Close the lid of the package in an airtight way immediately after use.

• Harmful by inhalation, in contact with skin and if swallowed.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Keep container tightly closed.

• In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

• If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show container or label.

ALYA TX 600

ALYA TX 600

DESCRIPTION

It is a styrene acrylic copolymer binder based, which does not lose its flexibility between – 40 ° C and + 60 ° C, provides its surface hardness by cross-linking with UV rays, is applied by roller, patterned by roller, textured, matt appearance, top coat exterior paint.

DRYING TIME

  • (at 20 °C, at 65% RH)
  • Touch dry time3-4 Hours
  • Hard Dry24 Hours
  • (drying time may vary in case of changes in temperature and relative humidity)

PROPERTIES

• It has high alkali resistance.

• It is extremely resistant to sun rays, precipitation and moisture.

• Apply for both exterior and interior surfaces with multi – patterns when applied with different techniques and tools.

• It is used as a topcoat exterior paint that covers the capillary cracks that may be caused by shrinkage in concrete and plasters with its elasticity and texture feature

APPLICATION SURFACES

ALYA TX 600 can be reliably used on fare face concrete, brick, plaster and metal surfaces.

APPLICATION

• The surface should be strong, smooth, dry, clean and in a self-supporting condition.

• Before applying ALYA TX 600 – Exterior Coating, the surface shall be painted with ALYA PRIMER to achieve good adhesion between the paint and the surface and to enhance the paint consumption.

• It is recommended to wait 6-12 hours between applying ALYA PRIMER and ALYA TX 600 coating.

• The application shall be carried out with surface temperature between + 5 ° C and + 30 ° C and these temperatures shall remain until the complete dry.

Avoid application while being exposed to wind and direct sunlight.

• The tools and equipment used should be cleaned with water.

• In case of application on freshly concreted or plastered surfaces, you should wait for proper sitting time of these surfaces.

• ALYA TX 600 Exterior Coating should be mixed until reaches a homogeneous consistency.

• ALYA TX 600 Exterior Coating should be patterned from top to bottom with the coral roller when it is still wet. Coral should be saturated with material before application. Care should be taken not to overfill or dry the roll to avoid pattern deterioration.

• The thickness or fineness of the pattern can be adjusted by adding water.

• Adhesive tapes should be removed carefully before the ALYA TX 600 Exterior Coating becomes hard.

• For optimum results, a reasonable quantity shall be reserved for future retouch purposes from the same batch to avoid differences.

• Since it will be quickly dry in windy and hot weather, the areas that can be finished in a stage should be selected, taped and a sequent serial application should be done to avoid interrupting building aesthetics.

For brush and roller applications, it is recommended to apply as at least two coats by diluting with maximum %15 clean water. For the large-scale exterior painting works, care should be taken that the products should be diluted in the same proportion to prevent tone differences later.

0.8:1m² /1KG/ 1 layer, The coverage rate may vary according to type, absorbency and structure of the surface to be applied on.

Unopened drums can be stored for a period of 2 years in a dry and cool place without being exposed to direct sunlight and frost.

• For re use, close the bucket properly after use to avoid air penetration.

• May cause sensitivity by skin contact.  store away from children reach.

• Do not breathe vapour.

• Avoid contact with eyes and skin .  Wear suitable gloves.

• If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.

• Dispose of this material and its container at hazardous or special waste collection point.
