DESCRIPTION

ALYA WALL is special modified elastomeric resin based, a patterned thermal insulation coating which consists of natural vacuumed beads through applying special processes.

PROPERTIES

It is water based material provides heat, water, sound insulation and fire resistant, with high breathing feature.

APPLICATION SURFACES

Can be used for coating all kinds of plaster, exposed concrete, old painted interior and exterior walls, all kinds of roof, metal and wood surfaces.

APPLICATION

• The surfaces must be clean from all kinds of grease oil, dirt and dust.

• ALYA WALL Thermal Insulation Coating system shall be consists of a 4 layers (1 layer of ALYA PRIMER 2 layers of ALYA WALL and 1 layer of ALYA PROTECT).

• Before the application ALYA WALL, ALYA PRIMER should be applied with a brush or a roller on the surface that intended to be coated with ALYA WALL

• The coating application should be applied at least 2 hours after applying ALYA PRIMER layer.

• ALYA WALL thermal Insulation material shall be mixed homogeneously with a mixer or a mechanical mixer before coating application. However, the material is ready to use.

• Use satin roller for application or spraying by airless machine (Please refer to the recommended machine specification by contacting your dealer).

• The roller must be dipped completely in the ALYA WALL Thermal Insulation bucket and must be covered by the material completely, the excess material on the roller is spilled into the bucket by shaking.

• Apply on the surface slowly without pressing.

• The material on the roller paints can cover approximately 90-80cm (depend on the roller width)by rolling it from top to bottom once.

• After an area of approximately 3-2 m² was painted in this way, the surface should be painted thoroughly from top tobottom and right to left to spread it completely on the surface and a pattern should be given from top to bottom in a single direction necessarily.

• Wait at least 6 hours before applying the second layer with the same technic used in the first layer.

• 6 hours after the second layer application, ALYA PROTECT varnish application can be applied to ensure the surface gainbright appearance and protection against all kinds ofexternal factors.

WARNING: Before application to metal surfaces, thesurface must be protected against corrosion by applyingantirust layer

1.2-1.3 kg/m² according to the type, absorbency and structure of the surface to be applied, controlled sample shall be performed for accurate consumption rate.

  • Note : (Drying time maybe extended at ahigher
    levelofrelative humidityand lowtemperature).
