DESCRIPTION
ALYA PIPE is a clear modified acrylic and elastomeric resin based. Used for Pipe’s thermal insulation, applied liquidly. Consists of natural vacuumed silica beads through applying special processes.

APPLICATION SURFACES
Used for energy saving in hot-cold transfer pipes of all types of materials whether metal, plastic or concrete pipes in petroleum and industrial plants.
APPLICATION
• Ensure that the surfaces is clean and free of dirt, oil, loose and peeling paints and other foreign materials.
• All cracks should be patched ALYA PIPE Insulation Coating application consists of multi layers as needed to reach the required result.
•2 layers application are the minimum (1 layer of ALYA PRIMER, 1 layer of ALYA PIPE coating) if applied by airless machine.
• 3 layers (layer of ALYA PRIMER and 2 layers of ALYA PIPE) in case of application done by Roller or Brush.
• Before the application ALYA PIPE, ALYA PRIMER should be applied by a brush or a roller on the surface that intended to be coated with ALYA PIPE.
• The coating application should be applied at least 2 hours after applying ALYA PRIMER layer.
• ALYA PIPE thermal Insulation material shall be mixed homogeneously with a mixer or a mechanical mixer before coating application. However, the material is ready to use.
• Use satin roller for application.
• The roller must be dipped completely in the ALYA PIPE bucket and must be covered by the material completely, the excess material on the roller is spilled into the bucket by shaking.
• Apply on the surface slowly without pressing.
• Wait at least 12 hours before applying the second layer ALYA PIPE with the same technic used in the first layer.
1-1.5 kg/m² according to the type, absorbency and structure of the surface to be applied, controlled sample shall be performed for accurate consumption rate.
- Touch drying : 2 hour
- Over Coating : 6-12 hours
- Full Drying : 24 hours
- Note : (Drying time maybe extended at ahigher
levelofrelative humidityand lowtemperature).
