PROPERTIES

• It integrates very well with superior adherence to the applied surface.

• Resisting sunrays, special formulation which protects concrete from carbonation & Resistant to algae and fungus.

• Due to its breathability feature, it provides vapor transition between the construction elements.

• It is easily applied due to its high spreading feature over the surfaces of application.

APPLICATION SURFACES

Acrylic exterior paint can be reliably used as decorative and preservative on fare face concrete, all kinds of plastered surfaces, Cement plaster, concrete, block work, rendered surfaces, gypsum board etc., and the surfaces formerly coated with emulsion-based paint, which is discolored and contaminated.

APPLICATION

• The surface should be strong, smooth, dry, clean and in a self- supporting condition.

• Before applying ALYA CRYL – EXTERIOR, the surface shall be painted with ALYA PRIMER to achieve good adhesion between the paint and the surface and to enhance the paint consumption.

• It is recommended to wait 8-6 hours between coats.  The application shall be carried out with surface temperature between + 5 ° C and + 30 ° C and these

• temperatures shall remain until completely dry.

• Avoid application while being exposed to wind and direct sunlight.

• The tools and equipment used should be cleaned with water.

• In case of application on freshly concreted or plastered surfaces, you should wait for proper sitting time of these surfaces.

• Protect the surfaces from frosting during the range of 12 hours before and after the application.

• For optimum results, a reasonable quantity shall be reserved for future retouching purposes from the same batch to avoid differences.

For brush and roller applications, it is recommended to apply as at least two coats by diluting with maximum 15% clean water. For the large-scale exterior painting works, care should be taken that the products should be diluted in the same proportion to prevent tone differences later.

Unopened bucket can be stored for a period of 2 years in a dry and cool place without being exposed to direct sunlight and frost.
• For re use, close the bucket properly after use to avoid air penetration.

• Avoid contact with eyes and skin .  Wear suitable gloves.

• If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.
