ALYA PRIMER COLORED

ALYA PRIMER COLORED

DESCRIPTION

It is acrylic emulsion water based primer, colored, matt. Applied for the interior and exterior purposes.

DRYING TIME

  • (at 20 °C, at 65% RH)
  • Touch dry time1 Hours
  • Application4 Hours
  • Hard Dry24 Hours
  • (drying time may vary in case of changes in temperature and relative humidity)

PROPERTIES

• It penetrates the surface very well.

• It connects the topcoat paint to the surface, by preparing a strong surface.

• Reduces the paint consumption and reduces the water absorbency of the plasters.

• Has a high adhesion performance in water-based materials and wall putty applications, it also have alkali, water and weather resistance capabilities.

APPLICATION SURFACES

It is applied to the exterior and interior surfaces such as concrete, plastered walls, gypsum, lime, whitewash, and the surfaces coated with low quality plastic paint that lost its feature, aerated concrete, etc.

APPLICATION

• The surface should be strong, smooth, dry, clean and in a self- supporting condition.

• Before applying the primer, the surfaces should be sanded, crack filled, cleaned from dust and other dirt.

• ALYA PRIMER Colored can be applied by brush or roller to the surface without dilution.

• During application, the surface temperature should be between + 5 ° C and + 30 ° C.

• The surface must be protected from frost during priming process and drying times.

• Paint application should be done at least 3 hours after ALYA PRIMER Application.

• It is recommended to reduce the consumption of topcoat paint after the correction process, to increase the adhesion of the paint to the surface, to use in color changes.

• When switching from solvent-based surfaces to water-based products or when switching from synthetic painted surfaces to water-based products, the surfaces must be sanded before applying the primer.

Can be diluted with max. 10% potable water if necessary.

8-10 m²/1 liter/ 1 layer, The coverage rate may vary according to type, absorbency and structure of the surface to be applied on.

Unopened bucket can be stored for a period of 3 years in a dry and cool place without being exposed to direct sunlight and frost.
• For re use, close the bucket properly after use to avoid air penetration.

• May cause sensitivity by skin contact.  store away from children reach.

• Do not breathe vapour.

• Avoid contact with eyes and skin .  Wear suitable gloves.

• If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.

• Dispose of this material and its container at hazardous or special waste collection point.

ALYA TX

ALYA TX

DESCRIPTION

It is a styrene acrylic copolymer binder based, which does not lose its flexibility between – 40 ° C and + 60 ° C, provides its surface hardness by cross-linking with UV rays, is applied by roller, patterned by roller, textured, matt appearance, top coat exterior paint.

DRYING TIME

  • (at 20 °C, at 65% RH)
  • Touch dry time3-4 Hours
  • Hard Dry24 Hours
  • (drying time may vary in case of changes in temperature and relative humidity)

PROPERTIES

• It has high alkali resistance.

• It is extremely resistant to sun rays, precipitation and moisture.

• It is used as a topcoat exterior paint that covers the capillary cracks that may be caused by shrinkage in concrete and plasters with its elasticity and texture feature.

APPLICATION SURFACES

ALYA TX exterior coat can be reliably used on fare face concrete, brick, plastere and metal surfaces.

APPLICATION

• The surface should be strong, smooth, dry, clean and in a self-supporting condition.

• Before applying ALYA TX – Exterior Coating, the surface shall be painted with ALYA PRIMER to achieve good adhesion between the paint and the surface and to enhance the paint consumption.

• It is recommended to wait 6-12 hours between applying ALYA PRIMER and ALYA TX coating.

• The application shall be carried out with surface temperature between + 5 ° C and + 30 ° C and these temperatures shall remain until the complete dry.

• Avoid application while being exposed to wind and direct sunlight.

• The tools and equipment used should be cleaned with water.

• In case of application on freshly concreted or plastered surfaces, you should wait for proper sitting time of these surfaces.

• ALYA TX Exterior Coating should be mixed until reaches a homogeneous consistency.

• ALYA TX Exterior Coating should be patterned from top to bottom with the coral roller when it is still wet. Coral should be saturated with material before application. Care should be taken not to overfill or dry the roll to avoid pattern deterioration.

• The thickness or fineness of the pattern can be adjusted by adding water.

• Adhesive tapes should be removed carefully before the ALYA TX Exterior Coating becomes hard.

• For optimum results, a reasonable quantity shall be reserved for future retouch purposes from the same batch to avoid differences.

• Since it will be quickly dry in windy and hot weather, the areas that can be finished in a stage should be selected, taped and a sequent serial application should be done to avoid interrupting building aesthetics

For brush and roller applications, it is recommended to apply as at least two coats by diluting with maximum 15% clean water. For the large-scale exterior painting works, care should be taken that the products should be diluted in the same proportion to prevent tone differences later.

0.8-1m2/1 KG/ 1 layer, The coverage rate may vary according to type, absorbency and structure of the surface to be applied on.

Unopened bucket can be stored for a period of 2 years in a dry and cool place without being exposed to direct sunlight and frost.
